23. Do you close accounts due to inactivity?

Yes, accounts are deactivated and suspended after 30 days of inactivity. When the account is deactivated, you can no longer access it anymore. If you decide to reactivate your suspended account, you must contact our support department in order to gain access. Only accounts with no transaction will be suspended after 30 days of inactivity.
